Image Catalog

This extension allows the user to view multiple images from one layer and view them quickly and efficiently.  An image catalog is a grouping of any number of images into a table. The table contains links to the file location and reference location. You add this "table" into a view as an image theme. This allows you to 'virtually mosaic' the images.

All the images in a catalog must be the same format.

Download the file here (PC users right click to save).  Add the .avx file to the extensions folder.  Open the Extensions menu and activate Image Catalog.  This will add a button to the View toolbar - View tool image.  Clicking on the Image Catalog button pulls up a menu to select the files to add to the catalog.  After selecting the images, the image catalog is created in the same directory and added to the view.  The Image Catalog allows the user to edit the stretch of the images in the catalog, but the edits will be applied to all the images in the catalog.
